Kibaki (operated by Kibaki GmbH, Germany) is committed to protecting children and to keeping our platform free of child sexual abuse and exploitation.
Zero tolerance for CSAE
Kibaki has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Kibaki is an adult-only (18+) platform. The following are strictly prohibited and are never permitted on Kibaki:
- The creation, upload, sharing, solicitation, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- The grooming, sexualization, exploitation, or endangerment of any minor.
- Any attempt by an adult to engage a minor in sexual or romantic contact.
- Any use of the platform by anyone under the age of 18.
- Any content or communication that violates child protection laws.
Adults only — 18+
Kibaki is intended solely for adults aged 18 and over. Users must be at least 18 to create an account. We take measures to keep minors off the platform, including:
- Age verification at signup. Every user provides a date of birth. Accounts declaring an age under 18 are rejected.
- Selfie verification. Before any active engagement, we compare a live selfie against the profile photos and against the declared age.
- AI-assisted age estimation. Where automated review flags an account as likely underage, it is escalated to human moderators.
- Ongoing monitoring. We monitor for behavioural and content-based signals that an account may belong to a minor and remove any such account we identify or reasonably believe to belong to a minor.
- App store rating. Kibaki is rated 18+ in the App Store and Google Play, and we use store-level tools to restrict users identified as minors from downloading the app.
How we act on violations
When we become aware of CSAE or CSAM on Kibaki, we take prompt action in line with these standards and applicable law:
- We remove the offending content as soon as we have actual knowledge of it, and aim to review child-safety reports within 24 hours of receipt.
- We permanently ban the accounts involved.
- We preserve relevant evidence as required and report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the relevant authorities in Germany and the European Union.
- We cooperate with law enforcement and follow global best practices, including those of the Tech Coalition, to combat online child sexual exploitation and abuse.
Reporting — in the App and to Us
Every user can report other users or content directly inside Kibaki. Reporting and blocking tools are available on profiles and in chats, so anyone can flag suspicious, harmful, or illegal behavior, including potential CSAE or CSAM.

Legal compliance
Kibaki complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations, including those of Germany and the European Union (such as the EU Digital Services Act), and maintains a process to report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to competent authorities. These standards form part of our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and apply to every user of the platform.
