KIBAKI is where the Persian community finds things to do together. You find an event near you, or a person nearby, and you invite them to an event or propose a plan. A chat opens once they accept.<\/p>\n
These Community Guidelines explain what we expect from everyone here. They apply to your profile, your photos, the events you create, the invitations you send and the messages you write. By using KIBAKI you agree to follow them.<\/p>\n
They exist for one reason: so that the person on the other side of an invitation is safe, and knows they are.<\/p>\n\n Treat other people the way you would want to be treated. Most of what follows is already obvious to you.<\/p>\n Nothing on KIBAKI opens by itself. There is no messaging before an invitation is accepted. That is deliberate, and these rules protect it.<\/p>\n An event is something people do together, in a real place, at a real time. Everything in this section follows from that.<\/p>\n\n Money at events.<\/strong> Some events cost something \u2014 a ticket, a table, a share of a bill. A price must be stated honestly on the event, and it is paid directly to the host or the venue, in person<\/strong>. KIBAKI does not take payments for events and does not hold anyone’s money. Anyone asking for payment through the app, by transfer, or in advance of an event is breaking these guidelines, and you should report them.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n This applies to everything you upload, including the photo on an event.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n If someone you have met here asks you for money, do not send it. Report them.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n KIBAKI is strictly for adults, and there is no version of this rule that bends.<\/p>\n Any content that sexualises, endangers or involves a minor is forbidden and is removed immediately. Accounts found to belong to a person under 18 are removed and permanently blocked. We report child sexual abuse material and related conduct to the competent authorities, including the Bundeskriminalamt in Germany and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where appropriate. We do not wait to be asked.<\/p>\n Zero tolerance, without exception.<\/p>\n If you believe a minor is using KIBAKI, or you see content of this kind, report it in the app or write to childsafety@kibaki.com<\/a>. Reports of this kind are our highest priority. Our full approach is set out in our Child Safety Standards.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n If something breaks these guidelines, or someone makes you uncomfortable, you do not have to explain yourself to anyone before acting.<\/p>\n Reports are reviewed by our team, supported by automated tools. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content and conduct promptly, and typically within 24 hours<\/strong>. Child safety reports are treated as the highest priority.<\/p>\n We may remove content, cancel an event, restrict an account or remove it entirely. We also act on what we find ourselves \u2014 a report is not a precondition.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n Everything here happens face to face in the end. The app does part of the work; the rest is yours.<\/p>\n What we do depends on what happened. We may remove a piece of content, cancel an event, limit a feature, suspend an account or remove it permanently.<\/p>\n Some things lead to immediate and permanent removal: anything involving a minor, sexual content, threats of violence, fraud, and soliciting money.<\/p>\n If we remove your content or restrict your account, we tell you what we decided and why.<\/strong> If you think we got it wrong, write to support@kibaki.com<\/a> and say so. Your objection is reviewed by a person, not by an automated system.
